Suite 3 has its own entrance on the side of the building (next to the ramp and entrance for Suite 2). Please enter through the lovely wood door with the "Evolution Health" sign and go up the indoor set of stairs and office is directly on RIGHT. There is a waiting room at the top of the stairs to wait for your appointment.
Please avoid using the back outdoor emergency stairs and that door is usually locked.
Off street parking available both behind the building or along Suite 3 entrance to office. Plenty of free parking is also available on Main St. in front of the office.
